PORTLAND, Ore. – Governor Kate Brown is holding a press conference with Oregon health leaders Wednesday as many hospitals across the region start giving COVID-19 vaccines to frontline healthcare workers. Oregon is one of the last states in the nation to start administering the COVID-19 vaccine, trailed only by Tennessee. The conference comes a day after the governor unveiled an update to the county-by-county coronavirus risk levels.
